How to Create a Resume

To create your first resume, Bottom Line recommends that students check out the Anatomy of a Resume.  Browse through the Sample Resume Examples and find one that seems to match your level of experience – whether you’ve had just a few jobs or extensive relevant experience.

Once you understand what to include, use our Building a Resume from Scratch tool to organize your information. After drafting your resume, take time to review it. Print it out, and carefully check it line by line to ensure it is error-free.

When you feel confident about your resume, email it to your Bottom Line Advisor for a final review!
