Executive Director, New York
Victoria comes to the Executive Director role in New York with over ten years of experience leading and innovating in the field of College Access and Success, including over eight years at Bottom Line. She most recently served as Managing Director of Programs within Bottom Line’s NY office, where she oversaw the nearly 40 staff who work on Bottom Line’s Access and Success teams and was responsible for effectively implementing Bottom Line’s programs and helping to chart organizational strategy.
Prior to this role, Victoria served as a Success Advisor, a Success Manager, and Director of Annual Giving at Bottom Line, and she has also worked as the Director of College Success for Let’s Get Ready and as a teacher in the Indianapolis public school system through Teach for America. She holds a BA in psychology from Colgate University, an MA in Teaching from Marian University, and an MPA from Baruch University. She is thrilled to be in a role where she can leverage both her development and programmatic expertise to support Bottom Line students in achieving their college and career goals.
