
Shauwea Hamilton
Shauwea has served as the Chief Impact Officer since January 2025. In this role she collaborates with Bottom Line stakeholders to ensure they experience a fully faithful, high-quality, richly data-informed version of the Bottom Line Way. She provides leadership to our Research & Analytics, Bottom Line Program, and Regional Operations Support teams. Previously, she was the organization’s Chief Regional Office (2022-2024) and the Executive Director in New York (2018-2022).
Throughout her career she has served as an executive director, chief of staff, fundraiser, foundation program officer, external affairs officer, and lobbyist. These roles have spanned several sectors, including K-12 education, higher education, nonprofit, energy, and healthcare, as well as several geographic regions, including Trenton and Newark, New Jersey; Los Angeles; and New York City.
Shauwea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University. She trained as a liberatory coach at the Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation and was certified in January 2022. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
