Ngoc Nguyen

Ngoc Nguyen is Executive Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at OCC, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization. In her current role, she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive DEI strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture across the organization. Prior to joining OCC, Ngoc was Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion Practices at Wintrust, where she led the implementation of an organizational-wide mentoring program with 1,300 participants, a sponsorship program for high-potential women and professionals of color, and inclusion-based business resource groups. She has also held leadership positions at CNA Financial Corporation and The Travelers Companies, Inc.

Ngoc earned a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change and an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate from Northwestern University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of Minnesota.
