Jennifer Reid Davis is an award-winning nonprofit and education executive with over a decade of senior leadership experience in college access, equity-centered strategy, and organizational transformation. She is the founder and chief consultant of The Davis Solutions Group, LLC, where she coaches and advises nonprofit leaders on strategic planning, fundraising, and people management

As the former Head of Strategy & Equity at Noble Schools, Illinois’ second-largest school district, Jennifer oversaw a cross-functional team of 40+ staff, including three chiefs, serving 12,000 students and 28,000+ alumni. She led district-wide initiatives in college programming, public affairs, fundraising, and DEI – driving impact at scale. Prior to that, she served as Noble’s first Chief Equity Officer, shaping the organization’s policy and programming around diversity, equity, and inclusion for all stakeholders.

A proven leader in talent development and student outcomes, Jennifer twice served as a high school principal, including leading a school turnaround at DRW College Prep. She founded Noble’s Diverse Leaders Fellowship, the district’s longest-running talent pathway, building a pipeline of diverse leaders with a strong focus on leadership development and mentorship. She also spearheaded Noble’s five-year strategic plan and annual planning, prioritization, and strategy work. 

Jennifer began her career as a 2007 Teach For America corps member in Houston. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College and a master’s in education administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Passionate about empowering young women, she founded the “I AM SHERO” Summit, which has mentored over 700 girls to date. Her most important job is that of a proud wife and a mother of two brilliant Black children. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College.
