Frankie Palazzolo is a human-centered designer, innovation leader, and design thinker who believes the best ideas are equal parts strategic, imaginative, and human.

She began her career in the nonprofit sector, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of mission-driven organizations to create lasting change in their communities. Today, as an innovation consultant at Accenture, she brings that same sense of purpose to her work, helping organizations across industries navigate complex challenges through human-centered design, design thinking, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI. She helps organizations make sense of ambiguity, envision what’s possible, and turn ideas into experiences, products, and services that genuinely work for people.

Frankie thrives at the intersection of disciplines, bringing diverse teams together to see problems differently, challenge assumptions, and create solutions that are both strategically sound and deeply human. Her goal in any space is to make complex challenges approachable and create solutions grounded in the real needs of the people and communities they serve. Whether she is facilitating an executive workshop, leading a GenAI design session, mentoring emerging designers, or helping a team reimagine the future of its business, Frankie brings equal measures of rigor, curiosity, empathy, and play.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief: innovation should feel human. She is passionate about helping organizations rediscover the people and purpose at the heart of their work and creating the conditions for teams to think more boldly, collaborate more authentically, and turn possibility into action.

A lifelong creative and artist, Frankie believes that meaningful change begins with seeing people not simply as beneficiaries or customers, but as human beings with stories, hopes, and ideas of their own. She brings that belief, and a genuine love of community, to everything she does.

Beyond her corporate work, Frankie remains deeply connected to community and service. She leads pro bono innovation initiatives, supports mission-driven organizations, and is passionate about using design as a force for inclusion and social impact. She is also an artist, storyteller, mother, and lifelong creative who believes that the most meaningful work rarely fits neatly into a single box.

Frankie brings a little more humanity into every room she enters and believes there is almost always a more interesting way to solve the problem.
