Bernard Morgan
Bernard Morgan is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 18 years of progressive experience in employee relations, change management, labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and people leadership.
Bernard has partnered with business leaders to build cultures that drive performance and sustainable business results at PepsiCo, City of Detroit, Piston Automotive, and Gentherm, Inc.
Along with being passionate about the HR profession, he is even more passionate about serving his community in Detroit.
Bernard has served on multiple boards supporting the betterment of the people of the city of Detroit.

Bernard is a native of Detroit (Eastside!). Bernard attended Michigan State University, where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Resources Management.
Bernard is married to his college sweetheart, Kathy Morgan, and together they are raising their beautiful and bright daughter, Miyah.
