Chief Program Officer
This role works closely with regional program leadership to enhance operational excellence in our program model by establishing codified timelines, processes, and resources needed to achieve program goals and driving improvements as necessary.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire. After graduating, she worked short stints in political campaigns and charitable giving work before joining Bottom Line in 2006. She began her Bottom Line career in the Advisor role, where she worked with a caseload of both Access and Success students. As Bottom Line entered a stage of rapid growth, she was able to grow with the organization by taking on management and leadership roles before joining the National Team in 2012.
She is motivated by Bottom Line’s culture of continuous improvement and 1:1 support model that helps students achieve important outcomes around getting in and graduating from college and going far in life.
