
Mark Cox
Mark Cox is the Chief Operating Officer of Kingfield Corporation, where he leads the firm’s strategic operations, organizational management, and execution initiatives. With a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation, Mark plays a key role in scaling the company’s infrastructure to support growth and deliver value to clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Kingfield, Mark served as a Managing Director at BlackRock, one of the world’s leading asset management firms. Over the course of his tenure, he held global leadership roles, including responsibility for Global Collateral Management & Payments and Global Trading Agreement Documentation. He was also Chief Operating Officer for BlackRock’s Global Investment Operations, driving efficiency, risk mitigation, and scalability across BlackRock’s investment platform.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mark is deeply committed to educational equity and social impact. He is the former Board Chair of Bottom Line New York, a nonprofit dedicated to helping first-generation students from low-income backgrounds get into college, graduate, and go far in life. His leadership helped shape the organization’s strategy and expand its reach in the New York region.
A former Marine who served in Desert Storm, Mark co-led BlackRock’s Veterans Network and is a mentor and advisor to many veterans in the financial industry.
