Chief Talent Officer

In this role, her focus is to design and lead the organization’s Human Resources and Talent strategy. In partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, she also leads the organization’s efforts to continue to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bottom Line.

Lori was the first in her family to go to college. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and a Master of Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.  Her first-destination was in the Boston healthcare landscape, where she spent 14 years working in Boston’s major teaching institutions in various operational and Human Resources (HR) roles. She found her niche for HR while working at Brigham and Women’s hospital as the Senior Human Resources Manager, where she led a multi-year strategy to assess and enhance all aspects of Human Resources with a strong focus on performance management and talent development. She then served as the Senior HR Business Partner at Franciscan Children’s, where she designed and led talent strategies.

Lori joined Bottom Line in 2016. She is humbled by the opportunity to give back to an organization she believes so deeply in and is inspired by the work Bottom Line is doing every day to partner with our students as they get in, graduate, and go far!
