Vice President, Regional Success

Alissa focuses on engaging external stakeholders, securing the funding critical to Bottom Line’s sustainability and growth, and building new market opportunities.  

Alissa earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.  Her first job – Create Your Dreams, an afterschool program in Atlanta –  shaped her career path. Serving as Executive Director for 10 years, Alissa grew the organization’s budget and developed a college mentoring program and college needs fund. Alissa then served as the Managing Director of the Southeast Office of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and a Senior Managing Director on Teach For America’s National Development Team where she worked with regional offices on their fundraising. 

Alissa joined Bottom Line in 2016 and is motivated by Bottom Line’s unique position to help thousands of students navigate the tricky pathway from high school to a career that offers personal, professional, and economic growth.
